Chehlbazeh local wastewater treatment plant of Mashhad is one of the most advanced membrane wastewater treatment plants in the country, which was built using advanced MBR technology on a land with an area of approximately 2500 square meters at the end of Mashhad Student Street and on the outskirts of Kal Chehlbazeh.
The average capacity of this treatment plant, which is also considered the largest local treatment plant in the country, is more than 50 liters per second (4320 cubic meters per day), which provides the wastewater necessary to irrigate large areas of Mashhad city with very high quality.
Due to the requirements of public access to wastewater, the application of the MBR method with the ability to produce wastewater with COD less than 20 mg/liter, TSS less than 10 mg/liter, and the complete removal of microbial and even viral agents, is recommended by the Environmental Organization and in the treatment plant. Mashhad’s Chel Baze local has been used.
Sane Shargh Co., represented by Moham Shargh Group as an investor in the form of a BOT contract, designed and built this treatment plant, and since the beginning of 1400, has been operating and delivering quality wastewater to Mashhad Municipality as a project investor.
Sane Shargh Co. has used the experiences of experienced Iranian and German consulting companies in the process of implementing this project.
